The Fourth Of July
I usually find a wonderful and patriotic slide show to post on my blog for the Fourth Of July, and I may still do that, but I ran across this, and felt I had to share.
You see, it surprised me. I was impressed by what was said, how it was said, and who it was said by. More importantly, I was impressed by how right it was. It doesn't capture everything that makes Americans who they are, or why we feel the way we do, but it comes a lot closer than I have heard previously from a "non-American".
